We pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Most orders will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Expedited shipping is available. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing a guaranteed shipping option as our shipping guarantee covers late deliveries. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.
